How did you get to where you are now?
My bags are always packed and I travel often. After a career in banking, I was staying at home with my kids and all of my friends were asking advice on their trips. I ran into my Travel Advisor at that time in the grocery store and told her this. The rest is history!
What makes you or your business stand out and why should a couple hire you?
Considering floating a professional sport, and gravitating towards anywhere with a palm tree, I know the world of relaxation and tropical oasis better than anyone. As a certified Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Specialist with many resorts including: Sandals, Beaches, Hard Rock All-Inclusive, Unico, Karisma, Playa Resorts, and more, I pride myself on knowing just what my clients are looking for, even when they don’t. Due to my own traveling and knowledge of the industry, I’m able to rely on the connections I’ve made to provide my clients with uniquely personal service from start to finish. You’re not just another internet booking with me!
What’s your favorite thing about working in the wedding industry?
I love that my wedding couples are always excited about their honeymoon. In my opinion, it’s the best part because it’s the only component of the wedding planning process that’s just for the wedding couple! Wedding planning is very detailed, so they love that I will make recommendations for them based on their requests, and I’ll handle all of the details.
What’s a unique tip you tell your couples?
Always get Travel Insurance! No one ever thinks they’ll get sick, injured, or robbed while traveling. But, it happens when you least expect it.
What’s your best piece of advice for couples planning a wedding?
Do something different. Just because your friends went to a particular resort and loved it, doesn’t mean it’s the best fit for you. Couples can have very different travel styles, so it’s important to recognize what will make YOU happy, relaxed, and ready to start your new life together.

What’s your favorite moment during a wedding?
The first dance because it’s so great to see them having fun as a married couple.

Adam Levine…who wouldn’t want to meet him?
What would your perfect Saturday be like?
Floating in crystal clear blue water on a big flamingo float with a little umbrella drink in my hands!
What was your first job?
I used to work for a U.S. Senator right out of college.
What’s the coolest think you’re working on right now?
A fabulous trip to Greece! Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini for a destination wedding.
What are some must-see destinations?
Some of my favorite places to go are St. Lucia, Mexico, Costa Rica, London, Belize, and Hawaii.
