Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
If attending the Richmond Weddings Show, I acknowledge that when I am at the show, I will be in an area where photography, audio, and video recording will occur. By entering the Richmond Weddings Show event premises, I consent to my inclusion in photography and video recording, and may be asked to be interviewed by press, exhibitors and Richmond Weddings for purposes of publication, exhibition, or reproduction in and/or for advertising and marketing content as well as news reporting, which may include distribution of such photographs and/or video content on websites, social media, or for any other purpose. I understand that images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar Richmond Weddings events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of other businesses. I hereby release Richmond Weddings, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings, and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, non-revocable and non-exclusive license for and to such uses; I waive any and all claims for payment or royalties in connection with any usage, and any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by Richmond Weddings or at the Richmond Weddings Show or the person or entity designated to do so by Richmond Weddings. Any dispute regarding this agreement will be construed and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and all parties agree to venue and jurisdiction in any court of competent jurisdiction in Richmond, VA. I have been fully informed of the parameters of this consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the Richmond Weddings Show.
