Maggie and Jared

What once were long-shift beer conversations at work later turned into movie dates and the start of something extraordinary. Jared and Maggie started off as coworkers at Three Notch’d Brewery in Charlottesville and had a whole team of coworkers rooting for their happy ever after!
Summer of 2022 Jared and Maggie took a trip to Paris and had the dreamiest proposal at midnight at Pont Neuf, Paris’ oldest bridge! Jared’s favorite movie is Midnight in Paris, so this was the perfect romantic and intimate moment for him to pop the big question. (pics from this fabulous engagement session at the bottom!) She said yes and wedding planning was a go!
Even pre-covid, the two had always dreamed of eloping. They had an intimate photoshoot with just the two of them prior to the ceremony around Shockhoe Bottom, where they had lived together for over two years!
With the perfect weather, family, and a friend who watched their love blossom from the beginning, Jared and Maggie tied the knot! The celebrations didn’t stop there. These two continued the fun the following weekend and celebrated with some of their closest friends!
They want to leave you with this, don’t settle, do what feels right for you! Have two separate celebrations and get married a few months after getting engaged if that’s what you want to do. If you try to meet clothes expectations, you’ll likely look back and regret it.
