How They Met
Tiara and Nicolas have a long history, and by that we mean they’ve known each other since elementary school in Virginia Beach! The two kept in touch from afar until Tiara transferred to Virginia Commonwealth University. Fate worked its magic and Tiara and Nicolas found themselves sharing a class together!
The Proposal
After moving in together and raising their first pup, the talk of marriage wasn’t far behind. Nicolas recreated a night on the town with all the spots they frequented during their first few dates. He proposed a week before Loving Day, an annual celebration that’s extremely important to the couple, and Tiara of course said yes!
A Unique Approach
When asked if they had any unique touches to their big day the couple exclaimed that they decided to forgo cocktail hour celebration. Instead they decided to spend the hour with each other, taking an intimate part of the evening soaking in quality time during their first moments as husband and wife.
The WOW Factor
Tiara and Nicolas decided to do cold sparks for the grand exit! Getting to see everyone’s face shine from the aura of the lights is a memory the couple will never forget! This moment was actually noted as Nicolas’ favorite moment of the night.
