Tell us how many years have you been in the wedding industry. I started in the wedding industry in 2023 when Evermore Bridal opened. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless brides find their dream dress and create unforgettable memories
What’s your specific role in the wedding process? I work directly with brides during appointments, helping them find the gown that makes them feel confident, beautiful, and truly themselves. From selecting dresses to celebrating those “yes to the dress” moments, I love being part of every step of the experience.
When should couples book their services with you? We recommend brides begin shopping about 12 months before their wedding date. Most of our designers require 4–6 months for a gown to arrive after it’s ordered, while some designers can take up to 9 months. Once the dress arrives, we suggest allowing approximately 2 months for alterations to ensure the perfect fit. Starting early gives brides the best selection of gowns and helps create a stress-free experience leading up to their big day.

Many brides are surprised to learn that wedding gowns can take anywhere from 4–6 months to arrive, with some designers requiring up to 9 months. I often educate couples on the importance of shopping early and leaving enough time for alterations, which usually take about two months. Understanding the timeline helps reduce stress and ensures brides have plenty of options when selecting their dream dress.
What are some trends you’ve seen in weddings recently that you’ve loved? One dress trend I’ve absolutely loved seeing make a comeback is the basque waist. It’s such a timeless, romantic silhouette, and it’s incredibly flattering on so many different body types.
Another fun trend is when couples use their baby pictures as table numbers, matching their age in the photo to each table number. It’s such a personal touch that gives guests a glimpse into the couple’s journey and adds a sentimental element to the reception décor.
Do you have any unique tips for couples when choosing their vendors?
Above all, focus on finding professionals who make you feel comfortable, heard, and excited about your wedding day. Your vendors will play a major role in one of the most important days of your life, so it’s important to choose people you genuinely connect with and trust.
I also encourage couples to read reviews, ask plenty of questions, and look for vendors who communicate clearly and transparently. Don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations from other wedding professionals. Vendors regularly work together and often know who is reliable, organized, and truly dedicated to creating a great experience for couples.
When it comes to food, what’s your guilty pleasure?
When it comes to food, my guilty pleasure is definitely crab legs!
There’s just something so satisfying about slowing down and cracking them open, especially when they’re perfectly seasoned and served with melted butter. It feels like a treat every time I get them, and I could happily make a whole meal out of it.
Do you have any pets?
Absolutely! I’m a proud pet mom to two very special fur babies.
Pepper is my German Shepherd and my constant shadow. She follows me everywhere and is truly the sweetest baby in the house. While she’s incredibly loving and gentle with her family, she’s also fiercely loyal and would protect me without hesitation.
Ollie is my big orange tabby boy. He’s a little spicy, a total ladies’ man, and knows exactly how charming he is! Ollie is the perfect combination of hunter and cuddle bug. And if there’s one thing he loves almost as much as attention, it’s his favorite “snakies” (treats)!
They both keep life entertaining and bring so much love and laughter to our home.
What are you reading right now? Or what’s your favorite movie?
If I had to choose a favorite movie, it would probably be The Labyrinth. It’s a movie I’ve watched countless times over the years and never seem to get tired of. I love its imagination, memorable characters, and magical storytelling. No matter how many times I watch it, it always brings back a sense of wonder and nostalgia. It’s one of those timeless films that I can put on anytime and enjoy all over again.
