Tell us how many years have you been in the wedding industry!
As a newlywed in 2023, I’ve had the unique experience of seeing both sides of the wedding world over the past year and a half! From 2021 to 2023, I was fully immersed in the journey of being a brideβsearching for the dress and planning my dream wedding. Since December 2023, Iβve been fortunate to step into the retail side of the industry, where I now help incredible brides find their perfect gown and bring their wedding visions to life.
Whatβs your specific role in the wedding process? Are you hands on with the couples or do you work behind the scenes?
As the General Manager of the boutique, Iβm deeply involved in nearly every aspect of our operations. Whether itβs managing accounts, curating and ordering our gown collections, or stepping onto the floor to support my team and connect with our brides, I love being hands-on in every part of the process. Iβm passionate about creating an experience that is not only seamless and stress-free, but also truly memorable for each bride who walks through our doors. From the first fitting to the final βyes,β Iβm proud to be a part of the magic that happens along the way.
When should couples book their services with you?
One of the biggest pieces of advice I can offer is to take your time and truly enjoy each momentβbecause once the planning starts, everything begins to move so quickly! When it comes to finding your dream dress, we always recommend starting the search around a year before your wedding day. This gives you plenty of time for shipping, fittings, and any necessary alterations, ensuring a stress-free experience and a perfect fit for your big day!

How should I prepare for my first bridal appointment?
First of allβ¦ WE ARE SO EXCITED and you should be too!!! Don’t worry, don’t stress, be happy, this is your day and BTW your dress finds you! Please bring your shapewear, flesh tone undergarments, shoes, and NO SPRAY TANS.
What is the average budget for your shop?
At Evermore Bridal, we pride ourselves on being both budget-friendly and size-inclusive! We offer a wide range of gowns to fit every brideβs vision and price point, with options in the following budget categories: $500β$1000, $1000β$1500, $1500β$2000, $2000β$2500, and $2500 and Up! Weβll never pull anything over your budgetβunless you ask us to! π
What is the size range in your shop?
Evermore Bridal Boutique was created, in part, due to the lack of “curvy” dress options in bridal shops. At Evermore, we cater to ALL brides, with sizes ranging from 2 – 32, you are sure to find the perfect fit!!
What are some trends youβve seen in weddings recently that youβve loved?
Brides are elevating their gowns with accessories like dramatic capes, oversized bows, and intricate lace scarves. These statement pieces add personality and a touch of glamour to the overall bridal look. Meanwhile, micro-mini dresses are making a fabulous comeback for post-ceremony celebrations. Brides are embracing these playful styles, often adorned with sequins, feathers, or fringe, to dance the night away in comfort and style. Not only are these dresses fun, but theyβre also incredibly versatile, perfect for rewearing in the future or for the week of wedding events!
Do you have any unique tips for couples when choosing their vendors? If so, share!
Choose vendors who share your vision, not just your budget. While staying within budget is important, itβs equally important to ensure your vendors truly align with your style and vision for the day. Itβs not just about cost; it’s about whether the vendor gets your vibe. When you’re speaking with potential vendors, notice if they ask the right questions about your preferences and if theyβre excited about bringing your ideas to life.
When it comes to food, whatβs your guilty pleasure?
When it comes to food, my ultimate guilty pleasure has to be chocolate. Iβm a bit of a picky eater, but thereβs always room for chocolateβwhether itβs a rich dark chocolate, creamy milk chocolate, or even a decadent chocolate dessert. Itβs the one treat I can never resist!
Do you have any pets? Introduce them to us!
Iβve definitely got quite the βpackβ (or as my family likes to call it, a βzooβ) at home! In October 2021, my now-husband and I adopted two long-haired orange tabbies, Dobby and Gryffin. These sweet brothers were abandoned in a dumpster outside of a bank, and we were so happy to welcome them into our family. Then, in December 2022, we brought home our first puppy, Bun, a German Shepherd/Husky/Bull Mix, from one of my cousins whose dog had puppies. Heβs truly the best boy!
Fast forward to January 2024, when we stumbled upon a Facebook post about a baby Pit Bull in need of a good home. I immediately showed it to my husband, and before we knew it, Archer joined the crew! As if that wasnβt enough, one day while walking into Starbucks, I spotted a flyer posted by the local animal shelter about another dog in need. I was instantly drawn to him because he resembled Bun, except for their different coloring. Not even two days later, Ghost became the newest member of our ever-growing family!
Whatβs been your favorite βfirst-danceβ song recently?
I actually have two answers to this question! My favorite “first dance” song will always be “Ainβt Met Us Yet” by Matt Cooperβitβs the song my husband and I chose for our wedding, so I might be a little biased. But if weβre talking about a recent favorite, I have to go with “Ordinary” by Alex Warren. Iβll admit, itβs a bit of a basic choice, but I canβt stop playing it on repeat right now. The lyrics he wrote for his wife are so beautiful and heartfeltβit really resonates with me!
