Tell us how many years have you been in the wedding industry.
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been obsessed with music and the way it brings people together. I started out DJing for local clubs and radio stations, and I loved seeing everyone out on the dance floor, having the time of their lives. That feeling never got old. As word spread, I realized I could turn this passion into something bigger. I launched Signature DJs. Now, I get to help couples create the best nights of their lives, combining awesome music, high-energy parties, and even fireworks shows. There’s nothing better than seeing a packed dance floor and knowing I played a part in making those memories.
What’s your specific role in the wedding process?
Whether I’m your DJ or you’re working with one of my talented team members, I’ll be personally involved throughout the entire planning process. I’ll attend all your meetings to ensure we gather every detail. This helps us develop a thorough plan and make your day the best we possibly can.
When should couples book their services with you ?
The sooner the better– we’re currently booking out 2-3 years in advance for prime dates. Although, that doesn’t mean you can’t get lucky and find availability on upcoming dates! I highly recommend booking your DJ at least 9 months before your wedding. Ideally, you should book a year or more in advance.

Many couples want to know if they are expected to follow specific wedding traditions or how much freedom they have to make their wedding day uniquely their own. At Signature DJs, we believe your wedding should reflect who you are as a couple. Whether you want to honor beloved traditions or break the mold, our team is here to help you create a wedding day that truly represents you.
What are some trends you’ve seen in weddings recently that you’ve loved?
More and more couples are thinking outside the box and choosing to create wedding experiences that truly reflect who they are. Instead of just following traditions because they feel like they have to, they want their day to be meaningful and personal. It should be filled with moments that matter to them most.

Choose vendors who are committed to making your wedding exactly the way you want it. Not just how they think it should be. You deserve a team that listens to your ideas and creates a day that truly reflects you.

Do you have any pets?
We have a crowd– 3 dogs and 2 cats. Our dogs are lovingly known as the Stinky Butt Mafia, for obvious reasons!
