Roxanne and Brian first met in August 2018 as newly hired engineering professionals attending a company training event for Electrostatic Discharge Mitigation. Ironically, there was a spark! What began as a solid friendship soon grew into something more and within a year, their bond turned romantic.

Brian proposed in June 2022 at the stunning Montreal Botanical Garden, followed by a day full of celebration and photos among the blooms. To make the moment even more unforgettable, he secretly arranged for all their siblings to be in Montreal, so they could share in the joy and celebrate the engagement together.

For their Parsi ceremony, the couple reimagined tradition with a modern, vibrant twist at the Quirk Hotel rooftop. Rather than the customary stage and neutral-toned wedding saree, Roxanne and Brian chose a deep blue aisle runner paired with rich pink and gold accents. Roxanne wore a sheer white saree adorned with delicate pink floral embroidery, a thoughtful nod to their chosen color palette, which playfully echoed throughout the decor.

Their second ceremony at Mankin Mansion took on a charming garden tea party theme. The outdoor cocktail hour featured cozy seating areas with upholstered chairs and vintage couches, while guests enjoyed a chai tea flavored cake, a perfect fit for the setting.

As for dessert, their Parsi ceremony featured a beautiful wedding cake they loved. For the garden ceremony, the original plan was to offer smaller treats instead of a second cake. But Brian, an avid home cook who expresses his love through food, had other plans. Despite the demands of wedding planning and full-time work, he surprised everyone by baking a tiered wedding cake himself, a sweet and deeply meaningful final touch to a weekend full of love, color, and intention.

Roxanne’s highlight of the weekend was dancing the night away, with their sweet pup Leah even making an appearance on the dance floor. Brian’s was the first look, a quiet, emotional moment that was made even more meaningful with Leah present.
