Located in the Monument Avenue Park neighborhood, five minutes from all the major highways, this brick colonial house was built in 1934 and newly renovated by Nadia Anderson, the owner of Virginia Grace Event Management, a wedding planner with more than 20 years experience. The property was updated to include the thoughtful details that help you host your outdoor ceremony or reception, intimate rehearsal dinner, or bridal shower with ease and enjoyment. The interior of Lavender Hill is the ideal location for an elopement or micro-wedding with 25 or fewer guests, while the outdoor space can accommodate up to 120 people for a seated dinner and 160 for a standing reception.
