Get the Glam!

Wedding photography is a major investment, so why not make it the best experience it can be? Trusting professionals with your hair and makeup will not only ensure that you look your best, but it will also leave you feeling more relaxed and confident. Here are some reasons why you should consider having professional hair and makeup artists create your look on your big day.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy being pampered! There is no better reason to treat yourself to a day of beauty than preparing for one of the most important days of your life. Take the guesswork out of the process and leave it in the capable hands of a seasoned expert. You will be so much happier with the results, and it will show in the photographs as well!
Confidence is Key
When you look and feel your best, you radiate confidence. Posing for your portraits will be
a breeze, and the photos will look so much more natural. You can rest easy knowing that despite the elements, your hair and face will be flawless from the start of your day all the way through to your grand exit.
Save Time and Money
The less time photographers spend on editing, (such as facial retouching) the more time they can spend serving their clients. This means you can expect to receive your photos much more quickly! You will also be less likely to request complex edits from your photographer, which could end up costing you more money in the long run.
From a Photographer’s Standpoint
All flaws will be exposed through a camera lens. Face shine, mismatched foundation colorings, and prematurely worn makeup will show up more through the lens than when viewed by the naked eye. While you can fix a number of errors with digital photography, these flaws will take a considerable amount of time for your photographer to correct, which can be costly and unnecessary. If you choose to not use a makeup artist, you’re likely to have a flat image. If you use a makeup artist that is not experienced, or your makeup is applied and styled improperly, you’ll also appear flat and, in some cases, orange! Lastly, you don’t want to appear shiny, gray, over or underdone. Perfection is the key.
