Real Richmond Wedding: Evelyn & Vladimir’s Vintage Garden Wedding
Evelyn and Vladimir
September 4, 2016
Evelyn & Vladimir met while she was working at her family’s restaurant. “He and his friend were regulars, so I waited on them on a weekly basis. It was not until he began coming in every single day for lunch that we started talking. He was a bit annoying because he would linger for hours and only leave me a $2.00 tip! We laugh at it now — he says that it was the only way he could afford to eat lunch there every day!” A few months later, Evelyn’s flat tire brought them even closer together. They had their first date at Bandito’s on May 5th and have been together since!
Evelyn & Vlad love the outdoors, so Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens was a perfect fit for their vintage garden themed wedding. The two put their focus on food and flowers to wow their guests. The bride says, “Everyone was raving about the food and the only thing I regret is not having seconds!”
